How do I return an item?

Refund/Exchange Policy
Refunds will be issued for returns requested within 14 Days of delivery (Date Confirmed by Shipping Carrier), exchanges are accepted up to 30 days of delivery date on Refurbished Phones Only. New Phones are eligible for Refund or Exchange within 14days of delivery after the 14 day period please contact the phone manufacturer regarding defects. Customers must notify us within specified time-frame with any problems via email to support@mysimplemobilereup.com or call 888-237-3787 Please make sure the purchased item & features are compatible with your equipment, wireless carrier & plans, refunds will not be issued for these oversights. Simple Mobile sim card orders are NOT refundable.

If you have a problem with your item, you should contact us as soon as possible. All items being returned must be issued an RMA before they are returned for refund or exchange. Once an RMA is established the returned item must be received within 14 days or the return will not be accepted and the RMA is void. If returns are received after the 14 day period has expired the item will be sent back to the customer and the exchange or return will no longer be accepted. Items returned due to invalid shipping address, package refusal, unopened non-defective, or mistaken orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee before refund can be issued. Items must be returned in the same condition and include all product packaging and accessories that where shipped to customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Serial Numbers, ESN's, and IMEI's are recorded prior to shipping, returned product numbers must match for refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Cell Phone Bill Payments:
Bill Payments and or service plans are non refundable. Carefully select your plan and input the correct cell phone number or broadband number to successfully ensure your purchase. MyFastGSM.com is not responsible for any mistake made during the ordering process that includes but not limited to wrong cell phone number entered, wrong plan selected and device not compatible with service.
